Hello! My experience at the Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal was really good on my recent trip. The atmosphere was relaxed, there were clear labels everywhere, and I did not feel lost, as I usually do in major airports. I felt staff made check-in look easy, rather than rushed, and staff were friendly.
