Postup

  1. Wash carefully potatoes, peel them in very thick stripes (skins). Grate some cheese.
  2. Fry the peeled skins in very hot oil, the same way you fry chips. When the skins are gold colour take them out of the oil and put on the dish, next cover the skins with grated cheese.
  3. Serve with ketchup or other souce.
